  • Tween Yoga 4pm (8th Jan - 12th Feb, ages 8-12 years, girls only)

  • FLOW YOGA 7:00pm

 

TUESDAYS:

  • *HOT PILATES 10:00am 

  • HIIT 5:20pm 

  • TRIGGER POINT PILATES 6:00pm 

  • ZUMBA 7:00pm 

 

WEDNESDAYS:

  • FLOW YOGA 9:30am 

  • ZUMBA GOLD 10:35am 

  • BOXERCISE (changing to Clubbercise from 7th March) 5:20pm 

  • BHANGRA BLAZE 6:10pm 

  • BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS YOGA 7:00pm (4 week course 7th-28th Feb)

 

THURSDAYS:

  • BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS YOGA 10:30am (4 week course 1st-23rd Feb)

  • KETTLERCISE 5:20pm 

  • CLUBBERCISE 6:00pm

  • *HEATED HATHA YOGA 7:15pm 

 

FRIDAYS:

  • LITE CIRCUITS (LOW IMPACT/BEGINNERS) (4 week course 2nd-24th Feb)

  • TAI CHI FOR HEALTH 10:30am

  • *HOT FRIDAY FLOW 5:15pm

  • YOGA NIDRA 6:05pm (follows on from Flow but can also be attended by itself)

 

SATURDAYS:

  •  PRE PLANNED GYM CIRCUIT 9.30am (not instructor lead)

 

SUNDAYS:

  • *HOT RESTORATIVE YOGA 9:30am

 

*One Hot Class per week included in VIP memberships, discounts for other members.

 

Occasionally, scheduled classes will be substituted by other classes/instructors if any of our instructors take annual leave or are sick - we will do our best to keep a similar theme of class.
