Our transformation programmes run for 4 or 6weeks.
Each one has 4 spaces - we like to keep it small and intimate so you have the BEST support.
Your first and last sessions will involve a full body composition analysis.
At your first session, you'll also receive your detox package (worth £80) this provides you
with two meals a day for 7 days. All you'll need to do for the first 7 days is make 1 meal a day (usually your evening meal). You'll also
receive a clean eating plan to continue your transformation after the 7 day detox period.

You will attend 8 or 12, 30min HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions - 2 a week.
HIIT is THE BEST form of exercise for burning fat and loosing weight.
Once a week, after one of your HIIT sessions, Nutritionist Sandra will be available to support you with an informal Q&A session.
You will receive online support in a private Facebook group, we will provide encouragement and mindset advice/tips daily.
