The Health Hub has it all. Being a small gym just for women it encourages those like myself in the fact that ladies who, like myself, feel out of place in the larger, soul-less gyms where you may feel self conscious in front of 'gym buffs' strutting around showing off their trim bodies and tight clothing. Clare and Lou are always friendly and ready to answer a question - indeed this gym has a friendly 'vibe' as soon as you set foot into it.
