(your workout schedule needs to be realistic!) 

Clare is a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Her friendly approach reassures her clients and makes them feel comfortable about starting an exercise routine.

After your initial consultation, Clare will assess your lifestyle and design your personal training sessions specifically for your needs.

Each session is different and varied to target overall fitness, health and wellbeing.

We continue to support clients even when they're not in the gym in a private Facebook Group where we provide extra support, motivation and encouragement. 

Clare loves supporting ladies of all ages and fitness abilities and can specialise in helping people who wish to change their mindset towards exercise and loose weight. 

"If someone had said to me six months ago that not only would I join a gym, enjoy going to said gym AND have personal training, I would've just laughed hysterically while opening another bottle of wine.
The Health Hub has it all. Being a small gym just for women it encourages those like myself in the fact that ladies who, like myself, feel out of place in the larger, soul-less gyms where you may feel self conscious in front of 'gym buffs' strutting around showing off their trim bodies and tight clothing.
