Yoga & Pilates will help you get out of pain, become more flexible and enable you to move more freely, there are many options from classes to 1 to 1 sessions (private training).

 

Yoga & Pilates Timetable:

Mondays:

Pilates 10:00am

Flow Yoga 7:00pm

 

Tuesdays:

Beginners Yoga, 4 week course 10:00am 5th-26th Sept

Trigger Point Pilates 6:00pm

*Warm Vinyasa Flow 8:00pm coming soon

Wednesdays: 

Flow Yoga 9:30am

Beginners Yoga, 4 week course 7:00pm 11th Oct-1st Nov

 

Thursdays:

Hot Pilates 10am starts 21st Sept

*Heated Hatha Yoga 7:15pm

 

Fridays :

Pilates 6:05pm starts 22nd Sept

 

Saturdays:

*Hot Power Hour 9:00am starts 7th Oct

 

Sundays:

Hot Restorative Yoga 9:30am

One 2 One Sessions

If you would like more indiviual attention to work on specific problems or just learn postures and moves before joining a class, why not book a 1-2-1 session with one of our quailifed Yoga/Pilates Instructors?

 

You can even double up with a friend or your partner!
