Set the tone for the day and get sleepy muscles moving with Wake up and Flow. Suitable for all levels, this class is designed to awaken your digestive system, ease early morning aches and
pains and leave you feeling energised and grounded. The combination of stretching, dynamic movement and deep breathing will get your blood pumping and your energy flowing. It will also
strengthen your body and improve your flexibility and range of motion.
