Move your body through a series of warm up stretches, variations of Sun Salutations, a standing & seated sequence followed by relaxation all linked by the breath to help build flexibility & strength in the body & mind.


Hatha Yoga


Stretch, unwind, and release tension, Tuesday morning Hatha Yoga offers a gentle sequence of Yoga moves at a slow pace, allowing time to experience each posture. Including simple breathing exercises and an opportunity to try relaxation techniques and meditation.
