Here at The Health Hub, we are getting ready to open our doors again!


We are working behind the scenes implementing necessary procedures and measures to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable when you return.


1st August – We’re Back!


We are aiming to open our doors and resume both exercise classes & gym sessions from 1st August in line with Government guidance.


We look forward to welcoming you back into our Hub but of course things will be a little different for the forseeable future.


Gym and class numbers will be restricted to ensure we can adhere social distancing. We have also set up sanitation/ cleaning stations throughout the Hub for your personal use. All these steps have been introduced to ensure it is as safe as possible for our members to exercise.


We have a variety of classes on our new timetable and new opening times for the gym. In order to accommodate as many members and guests as possible, classes must be pre-booked on the Clubright app. All of our studio classes will be streamed live via Zoom and will run at the same time as the class - so if you can't get a place at the studio, you can still workout from home. Space is very limited and we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy of no less than 6 hours notice. No shows will be charged the full fee for the class (even if they are members) and we're very sorry but there will be no exceptions!


It is crucial that you have a log in for our booking system, even if you are a gym only member. We have a new system for signing in at The Hub and you will need the Clubright app installed on your phone. This app is extremely useful. It has a barcode for you to scan yourself in when you visit and a simple class booking system. For gym visits, you will be able to check before visiting to see how many are using the gym and see if there is a space. You can then click a button to say you're on your way and a a space will be reserved for you!


We ask that you protect yourself and those around you by following social distancing guidance while in the Hub. We will be asking you to come ready to exercise as the changing rooms will be limited to one person at a time (so you may have to wait!) We would also ask that you clean down equipment after use. Toilet and hand washing facilities will be available as will a water dispenser though you may wish to bring your own water filled bottle. For classes such as Yoga and Pilates, you will be requried to bring your own mat. On arrival you will be asked to queue (please adhere to social distancing) and we would therefore recommend you do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your class.


In the gym area (cardio and weights room) everything is spaced out with a 2m gap in all directions between each piece of equipment. For classes, there are spots on the floor where you stand/place your mat. Lockers will be available but you are requested to bring only the minimum of belongings. Sweat towels will not be allowed, however paper towels will be readily available.


These are very difficult and challenging times for our business at present and we will endeavor to do our very best and go the extra mile to ensure the viability of our facilities over the coming months. Throughout this period of uncertainty we will keep you updated of the changes we are able to re-introduce within the Hub as soon as we are able to do so.
